臺灣科技大學與巴拉圭自2017年攜手創立臺灣－巴拉圭科技大學，以工程教育為基礎，跨越地理與文化的距離，共同培育具備國際視野的人才。巴拉圭共和國總統貝尼亞名譽博士授予典禮，是兩國深耕教育合作多年，共同迎來的重要里程。
本次主視覺萃取臺科大校徽的六角形螺絲帽作為核心意象，象徵科技與工程的特質。同時以幾何圖形穿插與拼組為骨架，運用錯視手法，在構圖中製造視覺張力，使科技、進步與文化共生的意象更具層次，色彩取自臺灣與巴拉圭兩國國旗，承載兩國情誼的象徵意義，呼應典禮本身的外交意涵。

Since 2017, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) and Paraguay have jointly established the Universidad Tecnológica Taiwan Paraguay (UTTP), building on a foundation of engineering education to cultivate internationally minded talent across geographic and cultural boundaries. The Honorary Doctorate Conferral Ceremony for President Santiago Peña Palacios of the Republic of Paraguay marks a significant milestone in the two countries' long-standing commitment to educational cooperation.
The visual identity draws from the hexagonal bolt of the NTUST emblem as its core motif, representing the precision and character of science and engineering. Geometric forms are interlocked and layered to create a structural framework, while optical illusion techniques introduce visual tension within the composition, adding depth to the imagery of technology, progress, and cultural coexistence. The color palette is drawn from the national flags of Taiwan and Paraguay, embedding the symbolic meaning of bilateral friendship into the visual language and reflecting the diplomatic significance of the occasion.​​
